PunktWhat is ISMAN?

After 15 years of developing in cooperation with shipping companies to share ideas and knowhow, CODie ISMAN became one of the most power full PMS software solutions anywhere.

ISMAN is a software solution for companies and their vessels which include a complete offices management system. With this tool your company is also enabled to handle all maintenance work, claim and damage cases for any vessel and the then needed organizations and orders.
Another very important feature is the possibility to manage ISM checklists and manuals audit proof and easy.
PunktHow does it work?

The software contains 2 parts.
One of them is installed on board (ISMAN Vessel) and the others become included into the shipping company (ISMAN Company). The crew records any by the company wanted case with the software e.g. ISM check lists, a consumption report for HFO and the maintenance work.

Via a report the company gets informed over the activities on board and administrates the vessels and happenings with the special company version of CODie ISMAN.

Also you are able to calculate any/ all maintenance jobs for any time period by pressing a button. The ability to look ahead into the future enables you to organize the needed personnel or ordering the spare parts for the maintenance jobs in time.
This works because of defined intervals. Intervals are a combination of an appointment definition and a service job instruction. It gives information of which, when and how many times a maintenance job has to be done.

Thereby the administrative operational sequences in the shipping company and the technical and nautical procedures on board must be equally considered.
